Refund Policy - the basics
Aphrodite Aesthetics provides professional beauty, aesthetic, and wellness services tailored to individual client needs. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will always aim to resolve any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer to re-perform the treatment or provide a partial credit toward future services, at our discretion.
Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits taken for advanced treatments or consultations are non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel late, your deposit will be forfeited.

For prepaid treatment packages, unused sessions may be refundable within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been redeemed.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products purchased in-salon may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
Special Offers & Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended.
