Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings require a valid name and contact number.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain aesthetic treatments.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce the treatment time or result in cancellation.

Cancellations

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge or forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows will be recorded and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Treatment Suitability & Consent

  • All aesthetic treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability check.

  • You must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

  • For some services (e.g., dermal fillers or injectables), we may request signed consent prior to treatment.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept card, cash, or any other agreed payment method.

  • Any promotional discounts must be presented prior to payment and cannot be applied retroactively.

Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Package deals must be used within the stated timeframe.
